Renowned actor Ashish Vidyarthi has found love once again and married Rupali Barua from Assam in a private ceremony held on Thursday, May 25. The veteran actor, known for his performances in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and other regional films, has embarked on a new chapter in his life alongside Rupali.


ASHISH VIDYARTHI REMARRIES:

The National Award-winning actor was previously married to Rajoshi Barua, the daughter of former actress Shakuntala Barua. Vidyarthi's new wife, Rupali, hails from Guwahati and is associated with a high-end fashion store in Kolkata.


Ashish and Rupali exchanged vows in a simple registry marriage ceremony witnessed by close family members and friends. The wedding beautifully blended the traditions of both families. Rupali began preparing for the auspicious day at 6:30 am, adorning herself in an elegant white mekhela to complement Ashish's white and gold Mundu from Kerala. She accessorized her attire with exquisite gold temple jewelry.


In an interview with TOI, Ashish shared his sentiments about marrying at the age of 60. He expressed, "At this stage of my life, getting married to Rupali is an extraordinary feeling. We had a court marriage in the morning, followed by a small get-together in the evening."


With this exciting news leaving fans elated, many are curious about how the couple met. Shedding light on their story, Rupali, a fashion entrepreneur, revealed, "We met some time ago and decided to take our relationship forward. However, we both wanted our wedding to be an intimate affair surrounded by our loved ones."


Ashish Vidyarthi, famous for his villainous portrayals in Bollywood, has contributed to numerous films across various Indian languages. Born on June 19, 1962, in Delhi, the actor began his career in 1986 and has appeared in nearly 300 films spanning Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, English, Odia, Marathi, and Bengali languages.
